General Description
The Program Manager at ImageSource is responsible for overseeing multiple project teams and team members to ensure project delivery is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customer partners and ImageSource stakeholders. The Program Manager coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with company goals, manages resources and budgets, and leads project teams toward greater efficiency and effectiveness in serving our customer partners and growing ImageSource business. The ideal candidate for a Program Manager position should have strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Leads the ImageSource way by finding simple ways to solve complex problems
- Provides oversight and leadership of multiple project teams and personnel
- Evaluates and assesses team resources, strengths, and weaknesses
- Provides formal supervision to individual employees and delivers performance appraisals
- Mentors and coaches team members to develop high-performance skills and become strong leaders
- Reviews and refreshes project methodology for continual improvement
- Oversees the development of new resources to enhance our delivery of solutions
- Works with account executives to develop strategic plans for our customer partners
- Meets with customer partners regularly to ensure project success and momentum
- Recruits top-tier candidates to enhance the talent and skillset of the team
- Leads by example and model behaviors that are consistent with the ImageSource mission, vision, and values
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field
- 7+ years senior project management experience
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Strong ability to lead strategy, goals, and resolutions with project teams
- PMP certification from the Project Management Institute
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Agile concepts and the Scrum framework
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-driven, organized, structured
- Excellent critical thinking

- Program Management training within 60 days of hire
- Read and complete Dr. James T. Brown’s book: The Handbook of Program Management
- Program Management training within twelve (12) months of hire
- Complete the PMI Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
