Marketing Manager/Digital Content Specialist

We are looking for a qualified Marketing Manager/Digital Content Specialist to join our team. You will coordinate our marketing, advertising, and promotional activities across platforms and teams.  You will possess proficiency in graphic design, web development, social media, and SEO/SEM. You are an excellent collaborator who can help create, execute and deliver on a plan.

Work hours for this full-time, exempt position are 8 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday at the Olympia headquarters office.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute content and manage activity on our websites and social media. Manage all social media accounts, posts, and content.
  • Increase web traffic and visitor engagement. Optimize, manage and maintain the content, SEO and user experience on our website and social media sites to extend our outreach to targeted audiences.
  • Track content performance and use data analysis to drive content decisions and development. Report regularly to management and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Required reporting of monthly goals, activities/accomplishments and forecast of other activities.
  • Work within brand guidelines to create consistent images and content across multiple platforms (WordPress, Office Suite, Adobe Suite highly preferred).
  • Use superior writing skills and marketing strategy to generate buzz and brand awareness and generate leads through inbound marketing.
  • Collaboratively produce video content: customer success videos, demo videos, explainer videos.
  • Contribute to blog content.
  • Help develop internal and external company literature as needed.

Marketing Intern

Located at the downtown Olympia headquarters, this part-time internship is currently a temporary position for students or recently graduated individuals that are ready to hit the ground running in the marketing sector with the opportunity of advancing to a permanent, full-time status if the candidate exceeds in this position. 

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented with the ability to perform each essential duty exceptionally. The qualified candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting marketing strategies and events to increase company visibility. Throughout the internship this individual will gain a broad experience in various aspects of marketing.

Preferred hours are 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday at the Olympia office but flexibility for class schedule is available.


Responsibilities:

  • Support all marketing driven events including tradeshows, regional training, corporate training seminars and other activities.
  • Support and execute tradeshows which includes-booth orders, shipping, staffing communication, show follow-up, literature and over-all show needs.
  • Scan the ImageSource website weekly to identify any needed updates/changes.
  • Participate in social media activities, looking for relevant content to share on behalf of ImageSource.
  • Support sales with demand generation campaign support and follow up.
  • Coordinate campaign lead tracking in CRM with sales and marketing, assist in creating targeted campaign lists.
  • Order supplies and event giveaways.
  • Maintain and inventory tradeshow equipment and recommend replacement or additional materials as necessary.

Enterprise Account Manager

General Description

An ImageSource Enterprise Account Manager is a sales position that actively seeks out and engages customer prospects. This full-time position is responsible for discovering new opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, achieving sales goals and being the first contact for incoming calls. This candidate must be comfortable making daily sales calls and influencing customers to close sales.

Periodically, the Enterprise Account Manager may also be required to travel for tradeshows, training and other events as management deems necessary to grow their business. This candidate will be expected to understand the Company’s ILINX Software Suite, the internal systems, procedures and processes. They will also need to have the ability to conduct WebEx and MS Teams presentations to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline and achieve quarterly / annual sales goals
  • Generate accurate sales forecast

Support Engineer

General Description

The qualified candidate will provide in-office and remote technical support via phone, email, and remote support software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and technical assistance to ImageSource internal and external customers.
  • Review customer support requests, contact customers to clarify requests, and ensure that all necessary information is obtained.
  • Document, research, track and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

The qualified Project Developer candidate will work in the Professional Services area of a growing and dynamic software company.
