Accounting Clerk

General Description

Perform routine accounting work and related clerical duties. Work in a shared office setting that fosters a culture of teamwork, respect, and collaboration.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the following tasks:

Process invoices for software and hardware renewals

Purchase order related tasks and renewal contract entry

Conduct routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable, scan paperwork into repository

Assist with month-end closing reconciliations for financial statement production

Review billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies

Distribute billing statements and manages the process for company expense reporting

Assist with mail distribution, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks as needed

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications/Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and procedures.

Enterprise Account Executive

General Description 


An ImageSource Enterprise Account Executive will meet quota by building an account base that targets a specific territory and key accounts within that territory. Sales success will be met by following a rigorous sales methodology consisting of:

The successful candidate will build an annual business plan which brings focus and direction to their effort by targeting the appropriate vertical industries and accounts within those industries to increase success.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling ImageSource software products and professional services in the assigned geographic/vertical territory. The sales cycle will require the collaborative effort of Business Analysts, Program Managers, System Engineers and Developers to define business requirements, demonstrate ImageSource selected software solutions, prepare solution proposals and advance deals to completion and successful reference-ability.


  • Business Planning: The individual will develop and execute a long-term business plan to ensure the identification and qualification of new prospects in the territory. Additional responsibilities include the management of existing customer base to ensure customer growth, strong relationship, and general satisfaction.
  • Sales Process: Adherence to a rigorous sales process along with disruptive and social selling is encouraged at ImageSource. The successful candidate will demonstrate/grow into the appropriate sales aptitude to bring to market and influencing their prospects and/or current customers in ways that build confidence in ImageSource along with our products and services.

Marketing Intern

General Description


This part-time internship is currently a temporary position for students or recently graduated individuals that are ready to hit the ground running in the marketing sector with the opportunity of advancing to a permanent, full-time status if the candidate exceeds in this position. 

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented with the ability to perform each essential duty exceptionally. The qualified candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting marketing strategies and events to increase company visibility. Throughout the internship this individual will gain a broad experience in various aspects of marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Support all marketing driven events including tradeshows, regional training, corporate training seminars and other activities.
  • Support and execute tradeshows which includes-booth orders, shipping, staffing communication, show follow-up, literature and over-all show needs.
  • Scan the ImageSource website weekly to identify any needed updates/changes.
  • Participate in social media activities, looking for relevant content to share on behalf of ImageSource.

  • Order supplies and event giveaways.

Project Developer

General Description

The Project Developer position at ImageSource is ideal for those who have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and drive to succeed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility outlined below.  The details listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


Responsibilities 

The qualified Project Developer candidate will work in the Professional Services area of a growing and dynamic software company. This opportunity will provide the candidate the platform to work with and write code for a variety of technologies and development projects, including thick client apps, web apps, web services and databases. The candidate can anticipate to fluidly learn and work with new platforms, APIs and technologies. The candidate can expect to juggle multiple projects and duties effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines. Other responsibilities may include product testing, assist with product documentation and deployment. 
System architect duties may include: business analysis, requirements gathering, customer interface, design, development, implementation, configuration, testing, training and assisting with project documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

Demonstrated ability to write code is required. Candidate should be skilled in one or more of the following technologies:  C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, COM, HTML5, XML, Python, PHP, and JavaScript, SQL Reporting and SSIS. Technical depth in one or more engineering disciplines. Ability to work with relational databases, normalization, writing queries, stored procedures, optimization, etc.
Candidate must conceptually understand and be able to produce the tasks for a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) related to the development that they are doing and accurately estimate the time to complete the tasks identified.  Additionally, the candidate must be able to produce design documentation related to their development work.

Support Engineer

General Description


The qualified candidate will provide in-office and remote technical support via phone, email, and remote support software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and technical assistance to ImageSource internal and external customers.
  • Review customer support requests, contact customers to clarify requests, and ensure that all necessary information is obtained.
  • Document, research, track and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors. This includes the creation of or assistance with the creation of a resolution or workaround procedures.
  • Monitor customer tickets and escalate urgent problems as appropriate.
  • Continually communicate progress to customers and maintain favorable client relationships.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all ImageSource-supported products and technologies.
  • Work with Product Development on issues, enhancements, and testing of product related items.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors/Associates Degree in a related technology or computer engineering field preferred.
