Inside Sales Representative

General Description

An ImageSource Inside Sales Representative is a sales position that actively seeks out and engages customer prospects. This full-time position is responsible for discovering new opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, achieving sales goals and being the first contact for incoming calls. He or she must be comfortable making daily sales calls and influencing customers to close sales.

At times the Company may need the Inside Sale Representative to be the lead on an account without an Outside Sales Representative; in this case he/she would be required to travel to meet with customer partners or prospects.
Periodically, the Inside Sales Representative may also be required to travel for trade shows, training and other events as management deems necessary to grow their business. He or she will be expected to understand the Company’s ILINX Software Suite, the internal systems, procedures and processes. He or she will also need to have the ability to conduct WebEx presentations to prospective clients.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline and achieve quarterly / annual sales goals
  • Generate accurate sales forecast
  • Maintain a punctual schedule
  • Sustain current accounts and renewals at average rate of 95% (includes ILINX SA renewals, 3rd party software renewals and hardware renewals)
  • Maintain CRM and all other pertinent Company systems with accuracy
  • Process sales orders and invoices
  • Responds to RFP’s and RFI’s
  • Follow ImageSource Demand Generation Methodology when creating new leads, evaluating business requirements, identifying key decision makers, and determining whether they have the resources to acquire ImageSource solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with existing customers through ongoing communication
  • Market ImageSource by attending networking meetings, sales events and training events
  • Understand how the ILINX Software suite can be leveraged to solve business objectives
  • Resolve customer complaints and make recommendations and proper escalations to management
  • Stay relevant and current on the ECM market trends through the use of the professional publications, personal networks, etc.

Accounting Clerk (Part Time)

General Description

The qualified candidate will perform routine accounting work and related clerical duties. Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 1:30pm, hours are flexible. The ideal applicant will be able to work in a small office setting that fosters a culture of teamwork, respect and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two-year college diploma in Accounting is preferred, or second-year student
  • Knowledgeable with PC and scanner equipment
  • Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and any accounting software
  • Organized, verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Sense of humor is preferred

Duties & Responsibilities

Certification deadlines will be reviewed during the first week and dates will be determined by a manager. 

  • Daily mail distribution
  • Daily sales invoices verification for accuracy
  • Scanning of sales invoices into repository
  • Daily input of vendor payable invoices
  • Immediate payment to “regular” vendors (i.e. utility bills, local vendors)
  • Expense reports
  • Assist with month end closing reconciliations 
  • Monthly and quarterly government sales reporting
  • Other tasks as assigned/requested

Support Engineer

General Description

The qualified candidate will provide on-site service and support as well as in-house technical support on the telephone.
Responsibilities Include: Answer, evaluate, and prioritize requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer related technologies. Set up and install new desktop and laptop equipment according to our standards. Research technical problems and consult with appropriate technical or service personnel for follow-up Reconfigure and prepare retired PCs for disposal Document & update installation, configuration, and deployment & maintenance procedures. Participate in special projects as assigned by Management to improve the company's and our client’s IT infrastructure.
Project Methodology: ImageSource has developed a standardized Project Methodology for the design, implementation and rollout of projects for our customers. The Support Engineer is required to understand, support and participate in this project methodology.

Kofax, Fujitsu, Bell and Howell, HP, Kodak, ILINX, Oracle, EMC, IBM

Qualifications

Bachelors of Science/Associates Degree in a related engineering field is preferred. Prior success as a support technician is preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of Data bases such as SQL and Oracle. Technical depth in one or more engineering disciplines - Proven ability to drive resolution of challenging problems and deliver timely and effective design solutions and resolutions to issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Certifications a plus: Microsoft Certified System Developer (MCSD), Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+)
