ImageSource Support Services
ImageSource's Support Services lifecycle provides reliable ongoing support for your mission-critical systems. There are two support options available to all ImageSource customers, General Support and Extended Support.
We are successful in providing our customers with a quality experiences though personalized services and advanced monitoring techniques such as our Incident Tracking System. Our Support Programs are scalable, allowing you to select the level of service appropriate to your business needs, and provide the ability to measure and track the success of our services.
General Support
Hours for General Support are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time).
Extended Support
Extended support is an additional fee-based service available after General Support hours. Extended support services may be engaged on a as needed basis or as a contract. For pricing and ordering information, please contact your ImageSource sales representative or submit a Request for Support Services.
