Documents, from 90 years to those as sensitive as active medical records for high risk heart attack patients, have been converted by ImageSource®. Often we receive the only existing copy of documents—usually originals. We take this responsibility very seriously. Documents are tracked fastidiously from the time they are packed at the customer site until they are returned and checked in. Processing medical documents is part of our routine services. We maintain our HIPAA complaint standards and apply them to all projects. We have a strict check and balance system that allows us to maintain control of the documents entrusted to us.

About "Off-Shore" or Overseas Indexing

Our customers want to safeguard their constituent/customer personal information during conversion and we are dedicated to that goal. Other conversion vendors will solicit out of country processing/data-entry to reduce the project’s cost. This security risk to your clients’ personal information could cost you significantly more money than originally saved.

Quality Control

All projects received by ImageSource are monitored by a standard QC process. We check our customers’ documents for quality at every stage of the conversion to ensure that pages have not been missed, that images are indexed correctly and the quality of the scanned documents meets or exceeds ImageSource imaging standards.
